About Us
Ready2Learn is comprised of a multidisciplinary team of licensed professionals who have extensive training and experience in the fields of psychology, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education. Rather than viewing these fields as separate and different, our philosophy is that creating lasting behavioral change is an ongoing process that must consider and blend "best practices" from all disciplines. Our belief is rather than focusing on simply managing and reacting to behavior, the focus must shift to identifying learning barriers, developing a plan, and teaching replacement skills. We believe this process does not begin with an assessment and end with intervention - rather that this process continues throughout an individual's educational experience.
Our psychological and behavioral services are provided using a collaborative and integrated process in which multiple members of our team are often involved to meet the individual needs of the child.
