Ready2Learn, Inc. is comprised of credentialed special education professionals who have extensive training and experience in the fields of psychology, special education and behavioral science. Rather than viewing these fields as separate and different, Ready2Learn has the philosophy that creating lasting behavioral change is an ongoing process that must consider and blend "best practices" from all disciplines. Our belief is rather than focusing on simply managing and reacting to behavior, the focus must shift to identifying learning barriers, developing a plan, and teaching replacement skills. We believe this process does not begin with an assessment and end with intervention, rather that this process must continue throughout an individual's educational experience.
Our psychological and behavioral services are provided using a collaborative and integrated process in which multiple staff members are involved in the individual needs of the student.
